A passion for food is what sparked Crumbles On The Counter, from not knowing how to cook or bake anything to having experimented with many food varieties (with plenty of mistakes on the way).
Most of us are lucky enough to enjoy three meals a day, with whatever snacks we wish in between. That’s a privilege we often overlook.
With every bite, we should look forward to exploring new flavors every opportunity we get, without taking it for granted.
A LOVE FOR FOOD..
SPARKS AN INTEREST..
Food is more than just feeling full and satisfying our cravings. Since finding imbalances in my own health, food has become an essential part of healing. Now, one of my core values is to eat food that provides nourishment.
Nourishment comes in the form of macronutrients (protein, healthy fats, complex carbs), micronutrients (vitamins, minerals), and antioxidants. Push those empty calories to the side to welcome foods that promote a longer and optimal life!
Growing up, I wasn’t taught to prioritize nutrient-dense foods. Since my values have evolved, now I want everyone around me to experience what it feels like to eat food that’s truly good for them.
That’s the focus behind Crumbles On The Counter. Because better ingredients mean improved quality of life.
Thankfully, our culture is starting to shift toward healthier choices, but there’s still a long way to go. I’m proud to be helping move this shift forward with Crumbles On The Counter.
